檢測 no transfected (No tfx) 和 transfected 的 HeLa 細胞。Quenched Firefly 為使用 Renilla working solution 抑制 Firefly 活性，代表可以完全抑制掉 Firefly 活性，不干擾之後的 Renilla 活性檢測。
